We accept returns for a full refund 60 calendar days from when the order is placed. It does not matter if you have completely used up the product. Just send us the empty container. We will even refund you the full Shipping and Handling that you paid when you placed the order. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at support@healingsmith.com.

 

Please send an email to returns@healingsmith.com with your order number and we will send you an RMA number. Please ensure that you include the invoice in the return shipment and write the RMA number in a place where it is prominently visible on the box.
